The App
The App is a record-keeping tool for backyard flocks and home gardens. It is provided for general informational and organizational use. It is not veterinary, agricultural, nutritional, or food-safety advice. Decisions about animal health, breeding, and food preservation are yours; consult a qualified professional where appropriate.
Your data
Your logs are stored on your device. You are responsible for backing them up. We are not liable for data lost due to device failure, cleared storage, or uninstalling the App.
Pro purchase & refunds
Peck & Patch Pro is a one-time purchase that unlocks additional features on your device. If you're not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of purchase for a refund. ‹FILL / attorney review: align refund window with store policies (Apple/Google/Microsoft handle their own)›
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the App, attempt to break its security, or use it for anything unlawful. The App and its content are owned by Ahlchemy Author Company.
Warranty & liability

Governing law
